was going to go all out with my 5.3 $2k heads from WCCH ls6 manifold swap the whole deal. i figure ill be at least $3k into it with parts, and im doing all the work myself. would it be better to just build a 6.0 on the side, then swap it in over a weekend? i'll probably spend more for premium heads and other parts but i figure i can get a pretty mean 6.0 built for about $4k-$5k.

what do you think? it seems like everyone is more than happy with their swap. i would be doing ALL of the work myself except the tune.

 

If I was gonna go all out and had the money to spend I would go the 6.0L route.

 

I used 6.0 with cam will outperform your 5.3 with heads for about the same price.
