I changed to M1 synthetic with a K&N filter last weekend. This is the first oil change with synthetic my truck has seen. It ticks a little at idle. Nothing drastic but a slight clicking can be heard. Is that normal? Just want to hear from somebody else on this matter.

I don't want to get off topic, but at work we call that "service-itis"...it's something that was always there but you don't notice until the vehicle has a service done and you start listening closer. It's also known as having a case of the "sinces"....The customer comes in to complain about somthing wrong with their vehicle and starts their sentence with "Ever since...." followed by something our dealership did to their vehicle which of course has to be the root cause of their problem. Example: "Ever since you rotated my tires, my radio gets bad reception"...so of course the problem has to be our fault.
(I'm not implying that this is your issue BTW 99silver...just sharing some industry lingo
