I took my cats off this past weekend and I love the way my truck runs now!! I actually think it picked up some low end, I think the cats may had been a little clogged since they had 85k miles on them.... it feels alot quicker on the lowend and I have 20's on!!! I will put on the stockers back on for some street racing this weekend..... and by the way the catless exhaust with the borla sounds real good and it is actually quite on the highway!! I like how it sounds @ WOT.....

thats awesome desTRUCKtive I cant spell or type well either.
If you dont have a tune you can get o2 sims but I would just get a custom tune for the performance and not having to mess with the sims sometimes they can be PITA to get them to work right. Wait4per has a nice deal on tunes and the sims themselves will run you about 60 bucks anyway. Tehe performnce gain from deleting the cats is well worth it IMO.

Oh yeah, my SES light is on.......
See this thread if you want to talk about clogged cats.

I just welded the hollow cats back up, so I can pass the visual inspection in September, but after that, I'm going with straight piped. The resonance is right below my feet and its using the cab to amplify it, like a guitar body.
As for the power, no comparison, but that's because my truck was barely running.
