on my 2003 chevy truck i just put long tube headers on it and i want 2 know if i should put cats back on it

from the current test out a set of high flow cats usually loose 1-2 hp... So yea put them on... I dont want to sound like the preacher but for the kids on down the road we need some sort of cat..
