Default Cats

Hey guys i figured i would ask the experts over here my dillema of the day. I will soon be the proud owner of a brand new set of Pacesetter Long Tubes and an ORY pipe. BUT i need to have it fitted with cats and therein lies my dillema. I need to know which cats to buy. I know chases Magnaflow cats took a on themselves but he was F/I and i am N/A although F/I Is in my future. I have heard of random tech cats and car sound cats but i dont know crap when it comes to cats so some one please point me in the right direction. and will i have any problems driving the truck to the Muffler shop for the cat install without the rear O2's installed or do i need to have the cats fitted before the install???

You can't drive your truck for more than 10 miles or your truck will spontaneously combust.

Just kidding. You will run a little rich, but you can make it to the exhaust shop without cats as long as it isn't like 100 miles away.

that's a big fat negative. BUT you will either have to have a tune, or run O2 simulators called O2 sims

You exhaust will smell like the older carb style engines

Harris County

as in Houston? . . . they don't sniff on all years, or at least they didn't on my 02. Just plugged in and that was it.
