Default Which catback exhaust for a 6.0?

Any recommendations for a catback exhaust that makes good power and is not obnoxiously loud?

Thanks,
Nick

don't waste the money on a pre done catback, just go have something built at a local exhaust shop...much easier to suit your needs/wants, and almost always cheaper.

wrong......nothing wrong with custom built but plenty of good options out there

check out the b&b or corsa catbacks....corsa makes a 'touring' application that is mellower than the 'sport'. I have the sport edition installed and even though it is loud at WOT it's never loud in the cab.

Gibson also makes a relatively quiet exhaust but I didn't like the drone that came with it.

Talk to your muffler guy about flo pro they give the 6.0 a good tone, also they come dual/dual and dual/single.Ithink Ben Key on this site has one on his SS.

i never said there was anything wrong with a prebuilt setup, but they're all WAY over priced, and don't offer any performance gain that having your own setup built would give. it's really your choice, so if you want to pay $600+ for a corsa that wont get you any more performance than a $300 setup your local guy can build then that's your choice.

there's no doubt about that when you know what you're doing, know what you want, and have a good exhaust guy but to walk into just any shop and expect to get exactly what you want doesn't always happen. On the other hand if you research the various pre-built systems you're almost assured to find what you're looking for.
