I have hear a lot of good things about Magnaflow as far as performance gains. It's not the loudest, but flows great. Don't know about price.

I just put a magnaflow muffler on my truck and used all the factory exhaust pipe to save on cost. It cost around 200 bucks total and I definately felt some power gains with it. Mine is an 04' crew with the 6.0 in it.

As for an intake UPD is having a christmas special right now, you might want to check into one of those ( I will probably order mine today)

The exhaust I would say Magnaflow, I put mine on 2 weeks ago and it is great. Tune I say Allen Nelson,He is a great guy to work with and gives you a great tune. Intake, Well thats a good question right now because over at SilveradoSS.com there is a new one in testing and there are nothing but bad things about Volant. I have the Volant and I am looking for something new to try. It just gets expensive.

I jumped on the UPD sale......$135 for one w/o the filter since I already have a stock replacement K&N.....they didn't even charge for shipping as an X-Mas bonus!
