I like my Magnaflow, but it has a pretty serious drone from about 1500-2000 roughly. I may try to add a resonator tip to help with that some, or maybe wrap the muffler in something.

I have the Magnaflow and I thought it was too quiet but it got louder after time. It isn't loud and very little drone. I have the K&N drop in filter and I didn't notice much mpg gain but DID notice a loss in lowend power but the Westers tune got that back. I get between 17.5 to 18.5 mpg on my highway trips.

Don't wanna hijack, but I think this question may be relevent. Does anyone know if the Magnaflow split rear system is louder than the Gibson split rear? I plan on doing lt's within the next 6 mo or so, and am also contemplating re-doing the cat back eventually. The Gibson sounds pretty decent, too quiet if anything. If I do change the cat-back, I would want it to be louder, not quieter (and also perform better of course) Thanks!

I have the FM setup, and I do realize that it may not gain me as much (if any) power, but I do like the sound, and my MPG has stayed the same, about 18.5 mpg on mixed driving, prob. 60/40 highway/city mix.

I do have pics of how the pipes exit in my sig.
