Default Carbed 5.3

Hey guys I will be going to a carb on my 2004 silverado. I was wandering what is the best carb and intake? I was thinking 750 Holley and edelbrock intake it's like $300 not sure on name. What do I need to do to make this conversion? Mods are tsp 224 cam, long tubes, 3-3200 stall 3.73 gears. Thanks!
