A little bit more info would really help. What type of truck, year/model/motor, What mods do you have done to the truck?

if the fuel pump is new, then i have three questions
what brand pump is it?
how long has your fuel filter been there since it was last changed?
how many miles on the truck?

My stocker would rum about 40lbs or so ...you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator on that year ...but it changes anyway according to vacume pressure,,,I know run 55psi at idle with walbro and 5 psi + stock regulator
