I decided to go with the 114 and I ordered it up today. After hearing some sound clips and stuff I think I will like the 114 better, and it should be a little better with nitrous. Valvesprings are back ordered a week so I probably wont get it in for a couple weeks.

I ordered up a Torque Converter today too from Dacco. I got the same one I had in my old truck and I really liked it so I decided to go with it again, and it is cheaper than the Fuddle that I wanted to try, so If my stock tranny blows( I give it about 2 weels after cam install...lol) and the coverter is toast I wont have to regret spending big money on a TC.

im pretty sure 114 definitly isnt stock...it will give you a more stock like idle though. i would also change your mind and with the mods you have i dont know how unlucky you are or whatever but your trans should still be in fine shape. mine is. knock on wood. hopefully when it goes though its only the 3-4 clutch pack so you can still drive it home and stuff.

Most of the stock, 4.8 and 5.3 cams come out to something like a 191/190-114LSA. Don't look at just the lsa... The duration is incredibly small... That's why your truck from the factory idles like a baby.

I would advise making the call sooner than later. Their transmissions are top notch but it takes several weeks to get one, so unless you have another vehicle it's going to be inconvienent

Ya I know their product lol. I had a level 4 in my 99 and I should have pulled it out when it was totalled but I basically would have had to buy it again anyways. I'll get a level 5 from them this time though, just because I have some bigger plans.
