You would have to buy a new throttle body a 90mm over your stock 78mm also get a throttle body wire converter so your new throttle body will connect to your wire harness. You will also have to get new ls2 type fuel injectors and fuel injector adapters so they will hook up to you wire harness too. Hope this is helpful

why? For the price you'll spend on swapping it you'll be disappointed at the gains it provides. Seems like money could be spent elsewhere.

The TBSS uses drive by wire.

I did it on my 01.

You'll need:

A 90mm throttle body
Taller car-style fuel injectors
LS1 style injector harness pigtails to splice onto your stock wiring harness
Custom-made fuel rail mounting brackets
Some of your own hose to make your evap and PCV systems work
Custom made throttle cable bracket

Here's some pics of mine

If you're running a stock clutch fan you'll also have to trim the fan shroud since the inlet for the TBSS manifold is lower than the stock manifold.

I dont see much need in this exact setup cause of the return style fuel rails, but the only real advantage would be its a 90mm vs the 78mm on trucks....you could always do a fast or a ls6 to get the 90mm....
