think he means how does it have the same power. I was wondering the same are you talking about the vette cam having about the same power as that cam that you were goign to replace with the tr227 idk was it a 212 or something like that.

i didnt use the 227. i put in a 209/198 vette cam. the truck feels the same to me. still a slow pos

Roller lifters are made not to turn in the lifter bore. Thats what the lifter retainers are for. If they do start to spin, bye bye cam lobe and lifter.
