Default Can I Do It?

I Want To Put A Transgo Hd2 Shift Kit In My Truck With The Vette Servo And All The Other Goodies To Strengthen The Tranny A Little Bit. My Question Is Should I Pay Someone To Do It Or Should I Try To Do It Myself. I Dont Have Access To A Lift And I Have Never Touched A Tranny Before. But Ive Heard Of Alot Of People Doing It Themselves. How Hard Is It And Is It Worth Paying Someone Else To Do It?

Its fairly involved but its not all that hard. I dont know your level of "grease monkey" but if you've never opened a trani before I would recommend just having it done. If you have opened a trani before you can give it a try. I would recommend having someone that has done it before help you.
