Keep the 799's, best stock heads out there.
Also there is no "might" add a tune, it's a "must" do a tune. No matter what, if you swap camshaft the engine needs a tune. They do not self learn or self tune for changes made to the airflow model. All airflow and fueling calculations will be incorrect if you swap camshafts so a tune is required.

Brian tooley did that with a cam called low lift truck cam.
. 500/. 500, 115 lsa, 224/230
they claim HP gain up to 66 HP.
No hardware change required.
Numbers are very similar than the lh9 cam.

Crane developed a Gen III camshaft that made near 50 horsepower over stock with a 200-200 duration, same lift on a 113 LSA.
