I just wanted to make a post to get some opinions. I have a 02 5.3 sc stepside with AS&M headers, 40 series flowmaster dumped before axel, MAFS, K&N air flow system, Hypertech tuning, and a 2"4" Hotchkis drop. Does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of cam, heads, intake manifolds, or exhaust manifold to go with this set up i have. Or if anyone has anything else to add i would appriate it.

As far as a cam, depending on how radical you get you may need a stall to get full advantage of it. What goals do you have in mind? Heads, I would go with a min of stage one. That would be oversized valves in the stock seats. Use double springs for a large cam. Chrome moly pushrods etc... That should give you something to chew on. Your stock intake manifold is fine for just about everything. Now if you end up going 400+ci, you may want to look into another intake. But so far, no-one has done an LS6 intake. I was going to try it, but other thing came up.
