hey guys i have a 96 rcsb with a k&n intake and a chip and if i wanted to run a mean cam (over .500 lift) what kind should i get and what else do i need to run to make it work properally?

You will most likely need new valve springs and possibly new pushrods at least. You will also probably need a new tune to keep it alive at idle. As far as the brand goes, I don't see too much difference in the brand, you can't go wrong with any name brand cam through a sponsor on the right.

ED WRIGHT is the best on pcm 1-918-446-3019 call him because the biggest cam that he has every said would work good is the 210/224 crane cam

If it is an everyday driver I don't think I would go with a very aggressive cam, but if you want it to be very mean then I would say go for it. I would call a sponsor and let them know exactly what you want from it and they will help you pick the right one out to suit your needs. It is all a personal preference thing, you will probably have to decide which one to go to on your own. A lot of people are going with the TR220 I believe lately, may want to look into that one.
