cam without tune question

cam without tune question
Im wanting to get a cam. Im jut wonderin what could happen if I didnt get it tuned? Its a 2010 5.3 with a 6l80.
How long can I get with it being my dd. I put about 125 miles a day.. im about to get another work truck to. So drivin will go down to a minimum after I get the other truck. But I gotta do alot to it also

will it depends on the size of the cam and also on your driving but on most cases you will hate it until you get it tuned then you will be happy ,
so install your cam and get tuned for peace of mind
