Default Cam swap???

IMA DO A HEADS AND CAM SWAP ON MY 5.3, AND I WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD CHANGE MY OIL PUMP? CUZ IVE HEARD THAT IT WOULD DO BETTER OIL PRESSURE AND OIL FLOW..... IF SO WHAT KIND? LS1, LS2, LS6 OR A PORTED ONE?????

scoggin dicky has a gmpp blueprinted ported pump for $200, there are others that are more expensive but they are all the same thing, so i would go with the gmpp one.

Ok.. Theres nothing wrong with my oil pressure.. I just heard that it would good for cam swaps...

Your oil pressure and volume will go up some. Do you need it for a cam swap? No, if your current pump is working properly. If you have the money and you want it buy it.
