Default cam swap?!?!?

hello all, im about to order the cam package from nelson performance- kit consist of headers, y pipe, cam, springs, and tune. I am going to install everything EXCEPT the cam myself, thats where im gonna call on my very experienced ls/ vette mechanic ( same guy that did the cam in my c6 z06) can someone tell me the approximate time i can expect a cam and spring job to take him on a nnbs 08 5.3???? thanks in advanced

im not sure exactly what cam im gonna do, i want a lumpy idle but most importantly i want more power ( i just got out of 2 fast lightnings and 2 srt10s so i wanna make this little chevy feel decent) I know it will never be a freak but if i can add another 100rwhp w/ that kit from nelson ill be happy. i have my c6 z to go reeeaaallllllly fast 670rwhp.
