Default cam selection

having to go to plan B for my truck. I was saving for a trickperformance or a KB top mount set up but the appropriations committe( my wife) vetoed spending that much money so a cam and stall is the next avenue to take. i have a 00 RCSB 2wd with a LQ-9 wheatly tuned with longtubes and 05 Efans. got the stock cam and the stock 317's but using the slightly longer ls-6 valves. the stall is stock and i have 4.10's and a G80 out back. with this set up i consistanly run 13.6 at 102 mph but the 0-60 time arent that good at 2.2. i would like a larger cam but am not familiar with whats out there. a rougher idleing cam is cool so something as low as a 112 lobe sep would work. i plan on a 3000 circle d since they are here in town. as for the fuel i have a 255 walbro in the tank and marine 8.1 liter injectors. i do not drive the truck everyday so mileage isnt the greatest concern.

I run a 230/236 .581/.581 114 in my lq9. I like it. It runs good and made good power.
