cam, rocker arms, push rod questions?

cam, rocker arms, push rod questions?
ive been looking at these cams
COMP CAMS 281 XTREME HI LIFT LS1 CAMSHAFT #54-428-11
COMP CAMS 275 XTREME HI LIAPPLICATION CAMSHAFTS
i have a lq4(all stock) with 243 heads with the yellow springs. it has no cam, rocker arms or push rod .what do you guy think about the cams? and what length push rods and rocker arms do you suggest? or do you have any other cams that are better.
