ok what do i need to also put in when i put a 220/220 cam in my truck its a 5.3 with tune, cai, tbs, no cats, stock trans
and around how much will all this cost me?

You Will Need Springs And Pushrods When Installing The Cam . And Some Headers Would Really Help Also.

Need more info on the camshaft to figure which springs to go with but since the stock springs are barely ok for the stock cam plan on new springs no matter what...which ones exactly will be determined by how much lift the cam calls for.
