I searched for a while b4 I got my cam, listened to clips, exc.. Alot of the peeps on the board gave me help, info. I have yet to put the motor in the truck, but can't wait.. The more duration is going to move the hp/tq up more in the rpm range, if you are comfy with running a 3k or more stall on the street then go with more dur, plenty of guys here do.. more folks will chime in

For every action there is a positive (negative?) and equal reaction. A 224 cam and a 3000 rpm stall is a good combo, more duration, more stall. As you add to the top end you lose bottom end, in simple terms.
