has anyone ever run a t rex cam on a 5.3 before if you have what modifications had to be made for it to work

A 4000 RPM converter would be a good start. And some springs.

seesh, thats a huge cam on a motor thats already down on CR. if you want something like the Trex i have something but a little better on hte LSA. Trex is 110 [actually 109.8 i believe] and the cam i have is 112+2

244/248 612/615 112+2 its for sale and was never ran!! asking 300

and that i have a 3800 stall for sale also to go along with the cam

I wouldnt mind hearing it chop. I bet that sumbech would sound mean, perf wise yah after about 3000rpms it woudl start to pull till about 7000+ I would think.
