cam question....

cam question....
if i put in a ss camaro cam in my truck what kind of difference will it make? also i am thinking of boring the 5.3 block and seeing how much cubic inches i can get out of it. what kind of CIs can i get out of it. i would appreciate if you guys could give me some numbers to work with.
