I am looking at buying a 224-228-581-588-114

I dont want to use a stall.... Can you just raise the idle to like 850 or so

Stall has nothing to do with your idle.

I'm running a 228/234 .588/.598 115+4 in my Tahoe.It idles at 750rpm with a slight lope.I'm running a 3200 Vigilante.
