Default cam question

ok im going to put a ls1 f-body cam(2002 camaro) with 12k miles on it in my truck 4.8l.
should i chenge the springs too? i dont know if the f-body springs are the same as mine or not.

Isnt that cam smaller than our stock ones???? I could be wrong Im not sure????

its a 196/207 467/479 116 lsa angle. the 6.0 L's have this same cam in some years i belive. likt the LQ9.

These are the speces on the lm7/lr4 engine. 190/191 457/466 114
As you can see it's a slightly smaller compared to the fbody cam..
