Default which cam for me?

I’m looking at what cam set up you guys would recommend. I have an 2002 chevy Silverado 5.3 with about 53000 miles on it and was wanting to put a good cam in it. I have a four inch lift on the truck running 35in tires and im in Nebraska were it gets really cold in the winter. I just don’t know which would be best. I want a good chop to my idle and good bottom end power because off my tire size. Was thinking about Comp Cams 212/218 LSx Cam "LOW LIFT" <http://texas-speed.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=1067&catid=44> but buddy at work recommended the Texas Speed Torquer v.2 <http://texas-speed.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=168&catid=44> . i really like the lsa and the idle on the torquer v.2. Any help would be appreciated thanks for your time.
