Default Cam and header question

what is a good cam for a 5.3, somthing that is streetable bit gives good gains, i have a TR224 in my ta and i was looking for somthing around the same size, also who makes good LTs for a 2wd?

212/218 cam
216/220
TR220 cam is getting big for trucks and any of the above will need a decent 2600stall so you dont loose to much low end

as far as headers.. any of the above mentioned.. i like my ASM's alot

is there a cam that has a nice sound to it but doesnt require a stall?

put in a 2k vette cam, 198 207 500 500 115.5, nice sound and i pulled a 2.15 60' with stock stall and 3.42 gears with tuneing and boltons. 60' were 2.23 before cam.

rc or ext cab? 212/218 in rc no stall or as v8 stated, pacesetter lt's (bang for the buck)

its a 02 ecsb stepside, the only thing it has is k&n filter, flowmaster muffler, and taylor wires with ngk plugs, what about a ZO6 cam or a ls1 hot cam, i want somthing with kinda a choppy idle
