We are doin all of the above you mentioned.
I think it would be fun to make those suspension parts.. I love to weld and make stuff..
Im workin on finding some Axle cups so i can finish up some home made caltracs...
You know the torque arm looks pretty simple. I believe the adjustment is in the front and it pretty much just sets pinion angle and pre-load in addition to being a stronger unit with less flex.

That camaro was just a beast stock! Went 12.89 with a airlid and filter, also with me driving. Not that i'm an amazing driver or anything it's more that I was more aggressive out of the hole than my friend was, he was worried about breaking it I was like screw it it's under warranty!

If I ever get an F-body I'm going to put an MTI X1 cam in it. I love the way it sounds and it puts down pretty good numbers too.

The t-rex is a great cam and makes tons of power, just make sure you have a 4k plus stall.

So is he looking for a used cam then? A new off the shelf cam and a custom ground cam would be the same price; sometimes you can find custom grinds a little cheaper depending on the builder.

Used cam would be nice since it should be cheaper, but since he just bought a used car, used converter and the converter and trans has takin a dump now, im sure he is goin to buy the cam new..
