idc 69% and have not checked fuel pressure at wot. i have a new walbro pump in tank with updated harness.

While I know the cam isn't perfect, something else is off here. It should definitely make more steam with the new parts even with the same cam.

That being said, I do think you'd be happier with a larger cam.

What intake are you running? Is it possible something is choking it? Is it the 78mm you had ported or the 87? What about your TB and intake tube?

tbss intake sent to peak speed shop for radical porting and opening opened to 92mm to match the nick williams 92mm throttle body. specte performance cold air intake 4"

any chance the trans might not be holding the power.
it is stock 4l60e with 91,025 miles with vette servo and transgo kit with circle d 3200.
never had any problems with it and the fluid looks and smells good.

If you had a problem it would have shown as slipping and you'd smell that in the fluid.
