Default Cam advice

I'm trying to decide between the VHP 080 and VHP 045 for a stock LQ4 that will be daily driven and do some towing. What would be the better route to take? Also, is there a better option?

For towing I like the 80; for being frisky and looking for a race, I like the 45. I think the 45 would get me more tickets.
