I vote for a 210/218, which I also have with a stock stall. It works great, would be even better with a 2600 stall. I couldn't feel any loss down low, but I'm a bit lighter than you are.

The rpm ranges on the cams you posted are for LS1s, the powerbad will move up a little when used in a 5.3.
