Default Cam Advice?

Here's what im looking for:

A cam with near stock driveability.
I want to gain more power but i really dont want gas mileage to suffer much at all. My truck is the LQ4 6.0L with a nelson tune, dynomax bullets, ported tb, and an airaid intake. What cam would you suggest? Also would it be better to go with longtubes first? I can only do one or the other for now.
Thanks
Brett

Look into a 208/216, 210/216, 210/218, or the ever-popular 212/218. All available from Comp. From what I understand, that's about as high as you can go in a 6.0L (without an aftermarket converter) while still maintaining stock driveability.
