TR220 112lsa, springs/rods, you dont NEED to replace timing chain, i have seen plenty of trucks with cam that are way over 100kmiles and still on stock timing chain...

Cooler can be had for 80 bucks are less depending on the size you want. i woudn't run anything smaller than a 24,000 unit.
Shift kit can be found on ebay Trans Go HD2 shift kit for i think 80 or less if i remember correctly.
Stall depends on what brand and if you buy new or used.....
if you do it yourself labor is cheap haha.

all of these things will take less time then doing the cam swap.
a stall will take most people a few hours, if you have the right tools and a buddy to help it will go alot faster. the shift kit will take a little longer, but I would just wait till you were doing a tranny flush. it'll make it go faster, i'm sure there is a how-to somewhere around here or ls1tech, you have to drop the pan and pull a few things out but it's still a quick job. you should have a stock tranny cooler that is seperate from your radiator, if thats the case you just need to find some adapters for the lines and fab up some mounts(a few minutes with a drill, snips and some sheet metal). if it's your first time doing it expect an entire evening for each job. if you can find someone to help that has some experiance you can do all these things in a few hours. just be sure to get everything you need before you start. trips to the parts store add tons of time to projects.
like TouchOfEvil04 said the parts for this are pretty cheap, be sure to add the trans filter($20) and fluid ($40?). but you would be paying that already for a tranny flush. the stall will probably run you around $500, but I could be wrong, you could also look for used ones but thats something I would get new. I would only get it used if you knew the guy you got it from.
also you have a pm

FWIW my cam swap cost around $700 total, That's cam, ls6 springs, push rods, H20 pump gaskets, crank bolt, oil, oil filter, some coolant, dowel rods, gas, and probably some other stuff. Took 12~ hours.

A cheap way to help your trans has been said, vette servo, transgo hd2 shift kit, cooler, and some tuning. Don't mash your truck around corners and do donuts in parking lots and the G80 will probably last a little while too.
