I'm going to buy another truck to do my performance upgrades and I plan on keeping this truck because I love it. I'm not looking for performance gains or to do a V8 swap. I have takin in the time and did my research for a V8 swap and I am not able to have my truck down for more then a day because i work 6 days a week and i go to college as well. I am going out to buy a 5.3 or a 6.0 later but I just want my truck to sound awesome. all bark and no bite if you get what i am saying. It's more of a truck to just show up to party's going out to the track etc. etc.

did a cam swap in mine when my truck had the 4.3 in it. It was a nice inexpensive upgrade. I got a new cam for a mid to late 90's 4.3 which has more lift and longer duration then our stock 2000+ cam. dropped it in retuned and good to go, could hear it and feel it for what it is worth.
