what kind of cam would you guys recommend with these mods---- 2001 Chevy Z-71 K&N, gibson shorites, true duals, flowmaster 40's, hpp3, electric fans, ngk tr 55, msd plug wires

What are your goals? I assume you have the 5.3L? I also assume you have an automatic, so do you have/will you keep the stock torque converter? Any future mods planned after the cam?

It depends alot on weather you want to do a converter also, Then I would pick a cam, If no converter, 212/218 comp to be conservative.

Yes on the 212/218! Worked well in my 5.3. If you go with a higher stall verter, then slam a TR220 in there.
