An Agressive Nelson tune on 93 octane can yield around 20HP, Header's don't yield much of gain on stock flow motors, maybe 5HP or so? The LS1 fans can yield 15HP over "engaged" mechanical fans, really beneficial when waiting in the staging lanes and the mechanical fans engage robbing some good HP and they don't disengage during the run. Simply put, these mods would yield around 5-7ths off the E.T.
