Default Bye Bye Cats!!

Got my 2.5" I.D. 304 ss tubing, now all I need to do is go to the muffler man for some cut and weld. Got it from burns stainless, took a day and a half to get it, pretty fast for ground shipping!
Got a question though, can I install my new PCM with the rear O2s shut off before I remove the cats or should I wait till there gone?
