Hmm, they dont talk about voltages in that one....

I am pretty sure you want the total voltage @ WOT to show no more than 4.68 on the volt meter. Esentially I left the meter on and would grind a lil then read, grind a lil then read, etc. Problem is I had to grind so damn much that I got a lil overzeleous once and ground too much

EDIT: Here is the voltage info you want.

Helm manual says the DTC is set at 4.65 VDC so you stop at 4.64 VDC or LESS at WOT. It also says the closed throttle (Idle) value should be NEAR 0.6 VDC. I read that as meaning a few hundredths above or below that value using a good DIGITAL Fluke meter. This info has been posted enough times that you should know by now NOT to get "OVERZEALOUS" while grinding. All is not lost though. You can bend the stop tab on the cam a little to compensate. You set the idle value with the stop screw (Torx). No grinding on this area.

LOL

Yeah, the bit I was using wasnt taking off much amterial so I swear I checked and ground like 20 times or more and the one time I broke sequence BAM 4.71v.

So far I have not set an SES light but will bring the voltage back down just to be safe
