Just for reference I ran some SCR and DCR calcs on this cam. I couldn't find the exact lobe in the catalog but as an approximation this is what I came up with:

9.6 SCR > 7.61 DCR
10.0 SCR > 7.93 DCR
10.5 SCR > 8.31 DCR
11.0 SCR > 8.70 DCR

I like the split duration cams,

My cam is a 215/223 .604/.610 112 LSA (Comp Cam LSR265).

I love this cam. It makes gobs of torque off idle. I did have to change the springs and pushrods.

Without a converter I would go stage 2 at your weight. If you have a small converter I would go stage 3 for sure.

i ended up getting a custom grind from martin at tick performance. it pulls hard from idle to 6500. i can light up these heavy 22's with 3.42 gears from a dig now before it would just bog down and it sounds awesome. i should finish up with the tuning tomorrow.

cam was a 215/219 .603/.607 112+3

I actually just ordered the stage 4 BTR cam and a 2800 stall last week. Cam specs are: 224/230 .553/.547 111+2. It's being installed by CBI Streetcars this week (drop the truck off tonight). He doesn't have a dyno but there's a local dyno shop in town. I plan to dyno it just for curiosity sake after the install just to see what the cam and the mods listed below are good for.

Still trying to figure out how to update my profile with my truck stats: 2008 GMC Sierra 2500 Ext Cab, 4x4, 6.0. Oddly enough my motor does not have VVT or DOD. Mods so far: CAI, ported throttle body, Pacesetter long tube headers, cat free, EFI Live, 91 octane tune.

I'll report back after the cam and tc install as well as the dyno results.
