That cam is nit huge, but is kinda big.. What's the max lift for the springs? I would say more then less that would be the problem....

Springs are good for .675, probably a bit less on a boosted application.

Went down to the local Orielly's to have my battery tested. Checked good on the scanner, so I pulled it out and had them check it on the machine inside. Came out good again. Frustrating.. Picked up a compression tester, will try that when the engine cools a bit. Also pulled up the fuel rails and turned the key on to prime the pump...no leaks. Probably try coil packs later... Have you checked the battery on your truck?

I would get PAC doubles, but that's just me.

I have that same cam, with PAC springs rated to .600 lift \, and they're doing great (not apples to apples given your boost, of course) - point being, I think PAC makes great springs.

I think everyone has their preference. I've heard dirt on all brands, so Matt at TSP recommend these. Either way I doubt a broken inner spring will cause an idle misfire. Unless it broke at high RPM and toasted the exhaust valve. That would suck.

Isolated it to bank 2, passenger side.

That O2 sensor starts to go lean at full boost, so some oxygen is creeping out.

Do a leak down test and see what it says. Most times when I encounter a misfire at idle it involves a valve problem.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed too cuz I have a misfire at upper rpm's hence why I shift at 4500 and keep the boost at 4psi for right now!
