Default Broken dual valve spring removal

Any insight would be amazing i have dealt with single springs breaking before but this is my first dual spring that has broken! i have the trickflow on head compressor for the l92 heads, problem is when i install it and try to compress the springs it pops the valve open and ***** the top plate at an angle, dont want or need to drop a valve at this point... need to get this spring swapped out and tbe yukon out of there tomorrow.... just need to be able to bring it home at this point... thanks in advance

Pressurize the cylinder with air so the valve can't drop or fish some small rope into the cylinder and turn the engine over by hand so it pushes up on the valve to stop it from falling.

Had about 90 psi in the cylinder, should i put more in?

Thought about just putting straight line pressure to it, trying to find tdc on that cylinder, to at least catch the valve if it does drop....i just wish i had the time to pull the timing cover and swap the tensioner out while i was doing this, but this is the only reason i didnt walk out today when i saw my paycheck!!!

Put that piston at TDC, the valve wont be able to drop very far.
