Default Brake upgrade for the HD's ???

Is there a brake upgrade available for the HD's and 8 lug trucks ??, With the new tires and wheels I can feel a decrease in brake efficency (still stops GOOD but it takes more pedal pressure to get the same effect)

I have looked at Brembo and Stainless Steel Brake Corp and neither as far as I can tell offer an upgrade for the 8 lug brakes...which has me all because you would think THOSE would be the trucks that would want the upgrade (towing is HARD on brakes....)

EDIT:
Stainless Steel Brakes makes this kit for the 2002-2004 hummer H2... would it work on the 8 lug trucks ???

Might be a difference with Semi-floating versus Full-floating axles.

Keep us posted, I too was wondering about this but though I was nuts for tryin to upgrade the stock brakes.

I'd be happy with stainless lines, 4 piston front calipers, and larger rotors when I get my HD...I want to get Weld Stonecrushers in a 18x8 or 18x10 size

I don't have any idea why anyone would need to upgrade the brakes on a HD.I have towed over 20,000 lbs with my Duramax HD and find the brakes to be very effective.

I've checked with Baer a few times but they currently don't have anything for the 8 lug trucks. The Hummer kit wasn't a big seller so I don't think we'll see anything anytime soon.

The stock brakes work good, but I'd like a little more with the larger wheels/tires - especially while towing.
