Any Good ? Hows The Tone Compared To magnaflow ??

 

Dual Oval Turbo XL's. Love the sound, not too loud but still sounds great. Great cruising rumble IMO.

 

Dual Borla XR-1 12" Ovals here.

 

I think cwalker the reason you don't see a lot of people on here with borla is because they are on the expensive side. All the local shops where i'm from don't carry the expensive ones.

 

also interested here. i am thinking about swapping to the XR-1 cuz my crapmaster just doesn't sound like i want anymore. anyone running their 15x5 round muffler, single in/out 3". the description in my keystone catalog says its their highest flowing muffler. i really dont care about loud, just want sumthin different.

 

I have a Borla cat-back system and I love the way it sounds. Nice tone idling and cruising (not anoying) and it sounds great when you mash the loud pedal.

 

i had straight pipes for a few years! When i installed my headers and ORY pipe, I had a 3" custom exhaust fabbed up and an X-R1 installed with a turndown before the axle! I really like it. It sounds great at idle and relatively quiet at cruise speed (2000RPM), but man when you stomp it sounds just like my straight pipes! AWESOME...
