Default Boost question

Does anyone know how much CFM of air the Radix Blower or any other blowers put out under WOT on the 5.3L. How much air needs to be crammed into our engines to make 1psi of boost? How much hp would I get for each psi being crammed into the engine?

its all variable 1psi @idle is a different cfm than @ 6200 rpm- camshafts and heads will also affect flow which in turn will affect boost . the magnuson site and the eaton web sit have cfm curves for the mp112.

also rule of thumb is 14.7 psi standard air pressure @ sea level and 1 atmoshere is an additional 14.7 psi which would be double the hp. but that is perfect world, the hp would be roughly this (standard hp of normally apirated + ((standard hp of motor normally aspirated) divided by (14.7)) take this # and multiply by psi of boost. now you have raw boosted hp now you need to subtract drag from the blower this a hp figure you can get from the eaton or magnuson web site. this will give you a base boosted # we could get into heat gain and then we are off to a physics class and it gets really messy. so N/A_HP +(N/A_HP / 14.7) X psi boost - blower drag = total hp.
