I think the Volant is a great choice. It is made very well and should last a long time. They are kinda pricey!!! But they are worth it...

I like the Pro Cold. I had a K&N FIPK which I didn't feel really any power. I also had a MAC on for a while. The MAC works good. It also looks good. I'll stick with the pro cold though cause I can feel more power out of it than I did with the MAC and K&N. The only problem is it has a little cone. It's also a little pricey!! But you get what you pay for. Later, hope this was of some help.

What is this cracking people are talking about with the UPD? I haven't seen any cracks in mine but it's only been on for a few thousand miles.

The cracking is where the POS is glued together. Especially where the tube connects to the airflow sensor.

I guess if you're hellah careful you won't ever have any problems. I always end up tightening **** too much, and I ended up with a broken tube, once its broke, it won't ever tighten properly. Then the glue will start to flake off and probably get sucked into the engine.

I hope I caught mine soon enough that no glue got into my engine but strips of it were just flopping around.

My number one choice would be a Volant, but I went for a K&N cause I got it for $200 new. Of course I'd rather have a supercharger in which case I'd go with the Airaid.
