I just ordered a Yank TT3000 and will hopefully have it installed before the 1st of the year. My question is, should I install the Billet Servo's while I have the trans out of the truck?? Also, where is a good place to get them from? What exactly do the Servo's do as far as performance and life of transmission goes? I plan on installing a finned alluminum pan also which will hold 2-3 extra qts. of fluid and keep the trans cooler, and I already have a trans cooler. Thanks in advance.

Since the tranny has to be dropped to install the verter, and if you're paying someone to do it, what I'm going to do is have the verter, transgo shift kit, and billet servos installed all at once. Save on labor costs
A trans cooler and that deep pan are a good idea...can't ever be too cool.
I would get them from superior...there is a distributor right down the street from me.
Check out these links for more info on the servos...

Hope that helps

Deep pan is a great idea and I'd install a TransGo (properly) to max the life of your trans.

Chingy! LOL, like "Holidae In" and "Right Thurr" But yeah, they really firm up the shifts with the billets. I love mine also if you do a TransGo and billets NO washers in the 1-2 accumulator. Just install the TransGo according to the directions (take no shortcuts, no halfassed work) and it will be a day and night difference in shift quality.
Also when you install the billets you need to drop the trans pan to set 2-4 band clearance. It has to be abour 1/16"-3/16" usually...loose but tight. Just do it all at once to save cash.
