Hmm...weird. I punched that number in both partszoneonline.com and gmpartsdirect.com and they both say "cooler" for about $60-$70.

TTT for ya, I would like to know too

The kit I bought was 12497071 and it included evrything. Cooler with built in brackets, bolts and feed-return hose pre bent.
I didn't go aftermarket because I didn't want to fab anything.
The cooler is small but does a good job, on my light truck that doesn't tow with a TT300/4.10s.

I went with a B&M cooler cause it should cool down anything I throw to it.

To me it looks semi-factory and installation took me all of about an hour. The kit came with everything except enough hose, but I routed mine nicely.

That's the cooler that comes with the factory towing package. My Tahoe came with that setup and the bigger radiator.
